Shena the most important factor is that Rekha is a Classic n as well as a Sensuous Beauty and I believe that She is an Unique personality on which types of Clothes, different styles of makeup suits on her .
If She looks simply beautiful in a Saree like Ghar, Sada Suhagan, Sansaar, Aastha than on the other hand She looks so Romantic in Salwar Suit like Khoobsurat, Jhooti n especially in Silsila.
She is the one n only one Actress of Indian Cinema who re-defined fashion every time. Infact She is top most Trendsetter of Indian film Industry. I enjoy her presence in every getup, every Costume.
Anyway If I talked about her Best Costume film then there are lot of answer of it like Silsila, Khoon Bhari Maang, Khoobsurat,Aastha…. But “Khiladiyon ka Khiladi is my most n personal favorite film because before this I never see her in such a High Glamorous Image.
Infact I never think about such type of Strong Negative role from her as the character of Maya.Through this film she made the character of Madam Maya unforgettable in Indian cinema’s history. Her all costumes define the highest Glamour n standard of Madam Maya.
She looks so perfect in her every single shot, one more thing which I feel about this film “ whether its title Khildiyon Ka Khiladi” belongs to Akshay Kumar but I think it should be correct like “ Khildiyon Ki Khiladi- Rekha. At last I also want to say a Big Thanks to Mr. Umesh Mehra (Director) who made this Ultimate Film and make me so happy.

इस बात में कोई संदेह नहीं की रेखा भारतीय सिनेमा जगत की एकमात्र ऐसी अभिनेत्री हैं जो हर तरह भूमिकाओ और परिधानों में जंचती हैं, अपने चालीस सालों के सफ़र में उन्होंने हर तरह की भूमिकाओ को बखूबी निभाया है , फिर चाहे वो फिल्म "उमराव जान" की मशहूर तवायफ उमराव हो या फिल्म " फूल बने अंगारे" की इंस्पेक्टर नम्रता सिंह या फिल्म "खूबसूरत" की चुलबुली अंजू , वो फिल्म की कहानी और किरदार के मुताबिक ना सिर्फ अपने परिधान ,हाव - भाव, आवाज़ बल्कि अपनी चाल को भी ढाल लेती है, उनकी बेस्ट Costume फिल्म के हिसाब से मुझे उनकी बहुत सी फ़िल्में बेहद पसंद हैं जैसे " खिलाडियों का खिलाडी "उत्सव,घर , संसार, सिलसिला ,बसेरा ...............जहाँ एक तरफ फिल्म जाल, खून भरी मांग और खिलाडियों का खिलाडी में वो बहुत Glamours लगी वही फिल्म उत्सव और उमराव जान में बेहद उत्कृष्ट ! फिल्म सिलसिला , घर ,इजाज़त , बसेरा और संसार में उन्होंने औरत शब्द को ना सिर्फ सार्थक किया बल्कि अपने ही अंदाज में जिया . पर अगर बात सिर्फ एक बेस्ट Costume फिल्म को चुनने की हो तो यह एक मुश्किल काम होगा क्योंकि वो एक Versatile अभिनेत्री है, मगर उनकी फिल्म संसार मुझे बेहद पसंद है और इस फिल्म को बेस्ट costume फिल्म की category में चुनने का मेरा अपना निजी कारण है क्योंकि उन्होंने जिस ख़ूबसूरती से फिल्म के किरदार को जिया वो अपने आप काबिले तारीफ़ है, एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार की खानदानी बहू को जो उन्होंने अपना अलग touch दिया , उसके लिए मेरे पास शब्द नहीं है, उन साधारण सी साड़ियों में भी उन्होंने साबित कर दिखाया की उन्हें खूबसूरत लगने के लिए किसी भी आभूषण और महंगे परिधान की ज़रूरत नहीं . उनका चलना ,उठना , बैठना , खड़े होना और बार- बार अपनी साडी का पल्लू संभालना .................

स्नेहा सबसे पहले मैं तो मैं तुम्हारे इतने अच्छे सवाल के लिए बधाई देता हूँ, खैर रही बात मेरे जवाब की है तो मुझे रेखा जी हर ड्रेस में अच्छी लगती है चाहे वो साडी हो या सूट मगर मुझे उनकी फिल्म उमराव जान में उनके द्वारा पहने गए सभी परिधान मुझे सबसे ज्यादा अच्छे लगे . इसलिए मेरे अनुसार उमराव जान फिल्म उनकी बेस्ट Costume फिल्म है, और हमेशा इस फिल्म को देखते हुए जहाँ एक और मैं यह गुनगुनाता हूँ की " इन आँखों की मस्ती के मस्ताने हजारों है " वही मैं यह सोच कर खुश होता हूँ की उनके हजारों करोडो दीवानों में एक नाम मेरा भी है....................

Sneha अगर बात Best Costume फिल्म की करी जाये तो जवाब कोई भी हो सकता है! सिलसिला, उत्सव, दीदार- ए- यार, या उमराव जान, अपनी अपनी पसंद और अपना अपना नजरिया है, फिल्म चाहे कोई भी रही हो मगर रेखा तो वहीँ है, मेरा जवाब शायद आप सभी को शायद उतना सही ना लगे पर सच वही है, जहाँ एक ओर उमराव जान में उनकी कलात्मक ख़ूबसूरती है वहीँ दूसरी ओर सिलसिला में उनका असहनीय सौंदर्य है, जहाँ उत्सव में वो उत्कृष्ट लगी वही खून भरी मांग में ऐसा लगा जैसे उनसे ज्यादा खूबसूरत कोई है ही नहीं, पर जो मेरी रेखा है ना! वो इन सबसे अलग है, ये सब सिर्फ shades है, पर असली रेखा यक़ीनन इन सबसे ज्यादा खूबसूरत है, उनके खूबसूरत होने का अर्थ उस सच से है जिसने उन्हें भानुरेखा से रेखा बनाया! उनके समर्थ होने से है,उस अस्तित्व से है जो चार दशक बाद आज भी उसी शान से, उसी मजबूती से, बुलंद है! 1990 में मुकेश अग्रवाल की आत्महत्या के बाद की फिल्म " फूल बने अंगारे "की रेखा , उसमे जो रेखा है , अपने जीवन में हुई त्रासदियों से लडती - जूझती अकेली रेखा, अपने जीवन के उस सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा की घडी में भी उन्होंने अपना आत्मविश्वास अपना धेर्य नहीं खोया , वही है असली ख़ूबसूरती ! 41 साल की उम्र में बिना किसी मेकअप और बिना किसी आभूषण के उन्होंने आस्था फिल्म की, मैं आस्था को उनके जीवन की सबसे बड़ी सफलता मानता हूँ, उमराव जान से भी बड़ी सफलता, , फिल्म आस्था में निभाया गया किरदार उनके जीवन का सबसे जटिल किरदार था, उससे भी मुश्किल था मानसी के किरदार के साथ इन्साफ करना , रेखा ने इतनी सहजता से मानसी के किरदार को जिया की मानसी उस अग्निपरीक्षा को पार कर गयी बिलकुल सीता की तरह! और ये बात भी तय है की उनकी जगह अगर कोई और अभिनेत्री होती तो मानसी चरित्रहीन हो जाती , ये है रेखा की सामर्थ्यता , उनकी ख़ूबसूरती, जहाँ 40 वर्ष की आयु के बाद मेकअप हर अभिनेत्री की मज़बूरी हो जाता है उस वक़्त 41 साल की उम्र में बिना किसी मेकअप के परदे पर आना बड़े साहस की बात है! जबकि उनकी image एक Glamors अभिनेत्री की है, आस्था फिल्म से उन्होंने साबित कर दिया की वो बिना मेकअप के कहीं ज्यादा खूबसूरत दिखती हैं, इस फिल्म में उन्होंने अपने Personal Wardrobe से साड़ियाँ पहनी हैं , सूती और साधारण सी साड़ियों में भी वो बहुत असाधारण लगी ! वो एक संपूर्ण महिला हैं जिसमे सारा संसार है, वो जो सक्षम है , समर्थ है, यही है Best Costume Film.

According to me the Secret of Rekhaji success is that from the last forty years she never typed in any kind image. She is the most versatile Actress of Entire Bollywood. In her 40 years long career she always played different characters in a very different way like Umrao Jaan, Khoobsurat, Phool Bane Angaarey, Sada Suhagan, Khoon Bhari Maang, Lajja, Khiladiyon ka Khiladi, Krissh, Yatra……. रेखा एक ऐसा नाम है जिसका कोई सानी नहीं है और ना होगा . आज रेखा जी की उम्र 50 से ऊपर हो चुकी है पर आज भी वो इस दौर की अदाकाराओं को पीछे छोड़ देती हैं , आज भी वो अपनी अदाकारी का लोहा मनवाती हैं . रेखा जी की जिंदगी में कई उतार चढ़ाव रहे पर उनकी अदाकारी पर इसका कोई विपरीत असर नहीं पड़ा बल्कि इन परिस्थितियों ने उनकी अदाकारी में और निखार ला दिया . कभी कभी मन में ख्याल आता है की यदि रेखा जी फ़िल्मी अदाकारा ना होती तो क्या होती ? वेसे तो ये सवाल ही अटपटा सा है क्योंकि जिसका जन्म ही अदाकारी से दुनिया का दिल जीतने के लिए हुआ हो तो वो और क्या करेगा . पर फिर भी ये सवाल हो तो मुझे लगता है की वो एक न्रत्यांगना होती क्योंकि उनके अंग -अंग में अदाकारी भरी है जो वो अपने डांस के जरिये दुनिया को दिखा सकती हैं . उनके चेहरे के भाव ही ऐसे हैं की वो किसी को भी अपनी और आकर्षित कर सकती है उनके इस आकर्षण से कोई नहीं बच सकता . उनकी वो मदहोश कर देने वाली आँखे अपने जीवन की सारी कहानी बयां करती है, इसलिए उन पर एक शेर है, " आंसू को बहुत समझाया तन्हाई में आया ना करो...महफ़िल में मजाक ना उड़ाया ना करो... आंसू बोले ..... महफ़िल में आपको तन्हा पाते हैं, इसलिए हम चले आते हैं, .... खैर वैसे तो इस दुनिया में उनके fans ,उनके चाहने वाले बहुत हैं, पर अन्दर से वो कितनी अकेली हैं उनके सिवा यह कोई नही जान सकता , ऐसी प्रतिभा की मल्लिका को मेरा सलाम...................

बहुत अजीब सा नहीं लगता ;वो रेखा जिन्हें हमेशा अभिनय करते हुए पाया ,कभी हँसाते हुए तो कभी रुलाते हुए, उनके बारे में कुछ और सोचना??? यही त्रासदी है इस प्रश्न की " लोगों ने हमेशा उन्हें एक Actress ही माना Human नहीं! रेखा एक ऐसी पारंगत अभिनेत्री हैं जो स्क्रीन पर कुछ भी हो सकती हैं, एक डॉक्टर, इंस्पेक्टर, डाकू, वकील, बहू, मॉडल पर इन सब किरदारों के अलावा रेखा ने अपना किरदार यानी "रेखा " (Actress)इतना strongly निभाया है की, लगता है की वो अगर रेखा (एक्ट्रेस) नहीं होती तो भी वो रेखा ही होती ! बिलकुल वैसी जैसी हमारी रेखा है स्क्रीन वाली....................... मैं जानता हूँ बहुत मुश्किल है इस हद तक सोचना पर ये वो सच है जिसे हम शायद शब्दों में बयां ना कर पायें! पर जानते सब हैं, खैर ये इस बार पूछे गए प्रश्न का जवाब तो है पर शायद सवाल अभी बना हुआ है- बेवजह पर ये सच है, और इस सच को झूठलाता हुआ एक और बड़ा सच यह है की अगर वो एक अभिनेत्री नहीं होती तब वो " भानुरेखा "होती वो भानुरेखा जो जिसे 13 साल की उम्र में घर चलाने के लिए काम करना पड़ा ! वो भानुरेखा जिसे स्कूल जाकर अपनी सहेलियों से बातें करना बेहद पसंद था,जिसे साइकल चलाना ,आइसक्रीम खाना , गुड्डे- गुडियों से खेलना पसंद था, मगर उससे उसका बचपन छीनकर अचानक बड़ा बना दिया गया , वो भानुरेखा जिसके पिता होते हुए भी उन्हें स्टूडियो दर स्टूडियो शूटिंग करनी पड़ी और ऐसे में ना जाने उम्र के कितने बसंत गवां दिए और बिना अपना सरनेम इस्तेमाल किये उन्होंने भानुरेखा से रेखा बनने तक का सफ़र तय किया , वह वो भानुरेखा होती जिसके सपनो के बीज आज भी रेखा में जिन्दा हैं, प्यार , शादी , घर, पति और बच्चे संभालती भानुरेखा ! और आज भी रेखा बहुत प्यार करती है ,लडती हैं उस भानुरेखा से लेकिन लोग उस भानुरेखा को जानते ही नहीं! भानुरेखा ने कभी भी रेखा बनना नहीं चाहा पर उन्हें "रेखा" ही होना था हमारे लिए...... पर मैं जानता हूँ की अगर वो भानुरेखा होती तो बहुत खुश होती...... पर अगर वो भानुरेखा होती तो??????????????

I appreciates your Question about the is Best Costume film of Rekha but It’s quite difficult like Choose the Best Film of Rekha.
Shena the most important factor is that Rekha is a Classic n as well as a Sensuous Beauty and I believe that She is an Unique personality on which types of Clothes, different styles of makeup suits on her .
If She looks simply beautiful in a Saree like Ghar, Sada Suhagan, Sansaar, Aastha than on the other hand She looks so Romantic in Salwar Suit like Khoobsurat, Jhooti n especially in Silsila.
She is the one n only one Actress of Indian Cinema who re-defined fashion every time. Infact She is top most Trendsetter of Indian film Industry. I enjoy her presence in every getup, every Costume.
Anyway If I talked about her Best Costume film then there are lot of answer of it like Silsila, Khoon Bhari Maang, Khoobsurat,Aastha…. But “Khiladiyon ka Khiladi is my most n personal favorite film because before this I never see her in such a High Glamorous Image.
Infact I never think about such type of Strong Negative role from her as the character of Maya.Through this film she made the character of Madam Maya unforgettable in Indian cinema’s history. Her all costumes define the highest Glamour n standard of Madam Maya.
She looks so perfect in her every single shot, one more thing which I feel about this film “ whether its title Khildiyon Ka Khiladi” belongs to Akshay Kumar but I think it should be correct like “ Khildiyon Ki Khiladi- Rekha. At last I also want to say a Big Thanks to Mr. Umesh Mehra (Director) who made this Ultimate Film and make me so happy.
फिल्म सिलसिला , घर ,इजाज़त , बसेरा और संसार में उन्होंने औरत शब्द को ना सिर्फ सार्थक किया बल्कि अपने ही अंदाज में जिया . पर अगर बात सिर्फ एक बेस्ट Costume फिल्म को चुनने की हो तो यह एक मुश्किल काम होगा क्योंकि वो एक Versatile अभिनेत्री है, मगर उनकी फिल्म संसार मुझे बेहद पसंद है और इस फिल्म को बेस्ट costume फिल्म की category में चुनने का मेरा अपना निजी कारण है क्योंकि उन्होंने जिस ख़ूबसूरती से फिल्म के किरदार को जिया वो अपने आप काबिले तारीफ़ है, एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार की खानदानी बहू को जो उन्होंने अपना अलग touch दिया , उसके लिए मेरे पास शब्द नहीं है, उन साधारण सी साड़ियों में भी उन्होंने साबित कर दिखाया की उन्हें खूबसूरत लगने के लिए किसी भी आभूषण और महंगे परिधान की ज़रूरत नहीं . उनका चलना ,उठना , बैठना , खड़े होना और बार- बार अपनी साडी का पल्लू संभालना .................

मुझे रेखा जी हर ड्रेस में अच्छी लगती है चाहे वो साडी हो या सूट मगर मुझे उनकी फिल्म उमराव जान में उनके द्वारा पहने गए सभी परिधान मुझे सबसे ज्यादा अच्छे लगे . इसलिए मेरे अनुसार उमराव जान फिल्म उनकी बेस्ट Costume फिल्म है, और हमेशा इस फिल्म को देखते हुए जहाँ एक और मैं यह गुनगुनाता हूँ की " इन आँखों की मस्ती के मस्ताने हजारों है " वही मैं यह सोच कर खुश होता हूँ की उनके हजारों करोडो दीवानों में एक नाम मेरा भी है....................
Sneha अगर बात Best Costume फिल्म की करी जाये तो जवाब कोई भी हो सकता है! सिलसिला, उत्सव, दीदार- ए- यार, या उमराव जान, अपनी अपनी पसंद और अपना अपना नजरिया है, फिल्म चाहे कोई भी रही हो मगर रेखा तो वहीँ है, मेरा जवाब शायद आप सभी को शायद उतना सही ना लगे पर सच वही है, जहाँ एक ओर उमराव जान में उनकी कलात्मक ख़ूबसूरती है वहीँ दूसरी ओर सिलसिला में उनका असहनीय सौंदर्य है, जहाँ उत्सव में वो उत्कृष्ट लगी वही खून भरी मांग में ऐसा लगा
जैसे उनसे ज्यादा खूबसूरत कोई है ही नहीं, पर जो मेरी रेखा है ना! वो इन सबसे अलग है, ये सब सिर्फ shades है, पर असली रेखा यक़ीनन इन सबसे ज्यादा खूबसूरत है, उनके खूबसूरत होने का अर्थ उस सच से है जिसने उन्हें भानुरेखा से रेखा बनाया! उनके समर्थ होने से है,उस अस्तित्व से है जो चार दशक बाद आज भी

मैं जानता हूँ बहुत मुश्किल है इस हद तक सोचना पर ये वो सच है जिसे हम शायद शब्दों में बयां ना कर पायें! पर जानते सब हैं, खैर ये इस बार पूछे गए प्रश्न का जवाब तो है पर शायद सवाल अभी बना हुआ है- बेवजह पर ये सच है, और इस सच को झूठलाता हुआ एक और बड़ा सच यह है की अगर वो एक अभिनेत्री नहीं होती तब वो " भानुरेखा "होती वो भानुरेखा जो जिसे 13 साल की उम्र में घर चलाने के लिए काम करना पड़ा ! वो भानुरेखा जिसे स्कूल जाकर अपनी सहेलियों से बातें करना बेहद पसंद था,जिसे साइकल चलाना ,आइसक्रीम खाना , गुड्डे- गुडियों से खेलना पसंद था, मगर उससे उसका बचपन छीनकर अचानक बड़ा बना दिया गया , वो भानुरेखा जिसके पिता होते हुए भी उन्हें स्टूडियो दर स्टूडियो शूटिंग करनी पड़ी और ऐसे में ना जाने उम्र के कितने बसंत गवां दिए और बिना अपना सरनेम इस्तेमाल किये उन्होंने भानुरेखा से रेखा बनने तक का सफ़र तय किया , वह वो भानुरेखा होती जिसके सपनो के बीज आज भी रेखा में जिन्दा हैं, प्यार , शादी , घर, पति और बच्चे संभालती भानुरेखा !
और आज भी रेखा बहुत प्यार करती है ,लडती हैं उस भानुरेखा से लेकिन लोग उस भानुरेखा को जानते ही नहीं! भानुरेखा ने कभी भी रेखा बनना नहीं चाहा पर उन्हें "रेखा" ही होना था हमारे लिए......
पर मैं जानता हूँ की अगर वो भानुरेखा होती तो बहुत खुश होती...... पर अगर वो भानुरेखा होती तो??????????????
